Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we have sent you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We do not process payments until your requested product(s) are available to ship.
Shipping And Handling
All items shall be shipped via a secure carrier with insurance to cover the cost of the items.
We use both UK Royal Mail Recorded / Insternational Signed For and Special Delivery Services as with Fedex.

We are unable to request items to be left anywhere other than an address number (ie. behind fences, in the garage). If you believe you shall not be present to sign for your order, a calling card shall be left for you to arrange re-delivery or for you to collect your order at your local depot. Our postal services are both, guaranteed and insured in most cases requiring a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers available upon request.

Should an order not be collected in time and the item is returned to us, we shall contact the customer promptly.
Given the option of whether re-delivery is required, postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
Any re-delivery shall incure shipping and handling charges representing the for-mentioned terms inclusive of our basic £4 flat rate charge.

[ UK Mainland ]
Orders £50 or less (inc vat) shall be charged our flat-rate postage and packaging charge of £4.
Orders over £50 (inc vat) are subject to a free delivery service.
A priority shipping option is also available for both orders below and above £50 (inc vat).
Orders £50 or less (inc vat) with a priority shipping request shall be charged £9
Orders over £5 (inc vat) with a priority shipping request shall be charged £5

[ UK Channel Isles ]
Standard shipping for orders to the Channel Isles cost £4
Priority shipping for orders to the Channel Isles cost £9

[ European Union ]
All items dispatched to countries within the European Union shall be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For taking approximately 5-7 working days.
A Flat rate of £15 applies to International orders within the European Union.

[ Worldwide ]
All items dispatched outside of the European Union shall be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For taking approximately 7-10 working days.
A Flat rate of £15 applies to International orders outside of the European Union.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch stocked items upon receipt of your order.

Christmas posting dates:
Orders placed during the month of December shall be processed immediately and in most cases posted the same day via an insured Royal Mail service.
Therefore we recommend orders for Christmas to be placed before the 19th to which is Royal Mail’s Cut-Off. Orders placed after this date unfortunately cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the 25th.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Credit Card Security
At ten-eighty.co.uk we are fully committed to protecting your security and privacy. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard, and is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit or debit card number and your name and your e-mail address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

This security also applies to the mobile Internet system. In order for you to shop securely, the gateway through which your mobile phone accesses the mobile Internet must support SSL. If it doesn’t then the site will not allow you to complete a purchase. Please contact your network operator to enquire whether their gateway supports SSL and access to external sites.

With the increased risk of internet and identity fraud, Ten-Eighty monitors online purchases by obtaining ‘IP addresses’. Such information can be used to trace such activities and shall if necessary be passed onto authorities.

* Limited Time Offers
Returned goods are refunded at the listing price at the time the order was placed. No additional funds shall be credited should the item(s) have risen in price since the order was placed.

* Buy ! get ! off
Examples “Buy 2 get the third for £10” , “Buy 1 get 1 free” and “Buy one get the second 20% off”
All items within such promotions must be present with returns for refunds. Failure to do so will result in remaining item(s) being charged full listing price.
Example “Buy 3 get 1 free T-shirts at £20.00 – order total £60.00” Two items returned for refund. Only £20 shall be refunded as the customer is in possession of two items. This cancels the promotion and so original listed price shall be applied for the items. Order total recalculates to £40.00

Example “Buy 1 get 1 50% off” Only one item returned for refund. This cancels the promotion and so original listed price shall be applied to the remaining item in the customers possession. Returned item shall be refunded at 50% off listed price.

* Coupon Codes / Online Credit Codes
These promotions are enabled / disabled at our discretion and can be changed / withdrawn without notice.

All refunds are processed less postage costs if present as stated within our Returns Policy
Online Credit is available to customers at the discretion of Ten-Eighty.

Privacy Policy Ten-Eighty do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Any item purchased from Ten-eighty may be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of dispatch from us with four exceptions.
} The first exception to this policy are any orders placed in December which can be returned up to the 14th of January.
} The second exception to this policy is due to the nature of replacement lens kits, unfortunately there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Any questions must be put forward prior to placing any orders for such items.
} The third exception to this policy is due to the contents of Lens Cleaning Kits and Hydrophobic Lens Treatment Kits there are no refunds or exchanges. Any questions must be put forward prior to placing any orders for such items.
} The forth exceptions to this policy are Special Orders requested by the customer. These are item(s) not stocked by us. Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges. Any questions must be put forward prior to placing any orders for such items.

To return any product, please contact us by email explaining the reason for the return request and to obtain an RA#. The returns authorization number has to be clearly printed on the outside of the returning item(s) with the returns form present and complete within the package.

Any items returned to us must be sent via an insured carrier for the value of the item(s) at the senders cost.
All products are thoroughly checked for any damage or imperfections before dispatch and must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging (original manufacturers swing tags must be present on all clothing returns) and unwashed.

Footwear must be returned unworn.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Returned items shall be refunded less the shipping cost paid when ordering.

Item(s) must be returned to Ten-Eighty within 14 days of dispatch from us, with the exception of Christmas gifts which may be returned until the end of January, given they were purchased no earlier than the previous December.
Any items returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of Ten-eighty and can only be refunded as a ‘store / online credit’

We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge on items returned which do not meet these criteria.

We do not charge additional re-packaging fees for purchases via the website on the first exchange, however further exchanges shall incure our standard re-packaging fees with the exception of International orders where a flat rate of £10 shall apply.

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of the return. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping charges.
